Mister Softee Memphis is owned and operated by Rick and Sherida Finnie. Rick and Sherida are natives of Memphis. They have four beautiful children. Rick is a Memphis Police Officer and Sherida has been in Customer Service for 13 years. The Finnie’s are excited about bringing Mister Softee Memphis to the Memphis metro area for everyone to enjoy! Growing up, Rick spent all his summers in New York with his father where he enjoyed Mister Softee ice cream.

Mister Softee has been a favorite since it was founded in 1956 by the Conway brothers in Philadelphia, and now has over 350 franchisees with over 600 ice cream trucks on the road. Mister Softee Memphis will serve the Memphis metro area.

Mister Softee is an ice cream parlor on wheels that will not only drive the neighborhoods of Memphis and surrounding areas, but also handle every type of party, festival , or employee event you can think of. Our mission is to make smiles and bring joy to the Memphis area. Again, we are excited to bring such a great product to Memphis.
